SSO issue Apple TV and firestick

hello - trying to login to both Apple TV and fireTV with my Verizon credentials with no luck. Apps like Bravo, Paramount, CBS. The SSO page that loads on both Apple TV and fire tv just keeps reloading and never allows me to actually sign in. 

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

 my question is when I am watching a program, then pause it, then come back to watch it my Samsung qled looks like a 4K tv which it is. The picture is outstanding almost 3D  When I switch back to live tv the picture looses a lot of clarity. This is Not the new “one” hd DVR box. Help anyone?

I have swapped out my FiOS set top boxes for Roku adapters.  

I currently subscribe to FiOS' "custom sports & news" channel lineup (which includes BTN).  however, when I attempt to stream BTN live via the Fox Sports or Fox Now apps (after signing in and activating my Roku device), I get an error message saying that my provider does not allow to view this content.  However, the other Fox channels stream just fine (FS1, FX, FS2, etc)

Fox is claiming that FiOS is to blame (one person even went to so far to claim that there is a dispute right now).  When I contacted FiOS, they said to contact Fox.  I've read elsewhere that others are having similar issues.

I exported my DVR schedule to the cloud.  Would also like to save the user setting particularly my Favorite Channel lists, but cannot find anyway to do it.  Anyone know how?

I know there are posts dating back to 2009 but haven’t seen anything recently.  The souls lever difference between programming and many commercials is absolutely ridiculous.  I recently upgraded to the FIOS TV One hardware and the problem remains.   I tried the FIOS compression settings and they don’t seem to help.  I have the audio running through a decent receiver ( a Denon AVR-S930H) and tried the receivers compression as well.  That didn’t help either.  People recommend fast forwarding the commercials or hitting mute but that’s annoying.   I have these massive volume variations on both live and recorded content.    I wish Verizon would address this.  It seems with today’s technology it would be easy enough to detect this and address.  Are there any external sound processors to detect these commercials and automatically mute or reduce the volume.  It’s so annoying I would buy one.  Has anyone found a way to address this?  Thanks.

How to change default "Go To Live TV" channel

For some reason when a recorded show ends and I tell the box to take me to Live TV, the TV channel switches to HBO, even though I might not have watched it in days. I want to change that default to another channel. I've tried everything possible but can't figure out how to do this. Any help appreciated! thanks

My wi fi works as does my land line. I can get Netflix, etc. through my blu ray. I show No Signal for HDMI3 which is my regular FIOS tv. Solution?

Fios application login page keeps refreshing non stop

I keep trying to log onto nbcsports and numerous other applications on my different devices. As soon as I click Fios as my service provider it goes to the login page and it just starts to non stop refresh. I have cleared my cache and deleted and reinstalled browsers and tried everything I can’t figure out what to do. I am close to cancelling Fios because of this as I need to be able to stream eagles games

It is imposible to get you program listing and when I do you hange the format,

I cannot sign in.

You said you make things easier for senior but you don't by changing so much format etc.

Hello everyone,,

I cannot for the life of me get in touch with a FiOS support member. Every verizon number I have tried routes me to the verizon wireless automated support system. I get hung up on in my attempt to get to a fios support member every time.

Verizon has been secretly tanking my credit score for months because of an unpaid final bill that I was unaware of. Their only attempts to contact me about the unpaid bill were via snail mail to the address that I moved away from, and the new resident has been throwing them away. I desperately need to contact verizon about this as I'm not seeing the charge on my account when I look online, but every attempt to contact them has lead to the automated service and/or a verizon wireless support member hanging up on me.

Is there some number I can call to directly contact FiOS customer support, or even an email address I can send my info to? I am desperate to contact verizon FiOS support so I can sort through this issue. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say I've called at least 15 times. Every single time has lead to the automated system hanging up on me for one reason or another, or a verizon wireless rep trying to transfer me to a fios rep only to get hung up on in the transfer process.

I have been trying for 3 straight weeks to make changes to my VZ Fios account online.  The screen churns for about 5 minutes trying to find my account information and then it says, "We are unable to process your request at this time.  Please try again later.  We apologize for the inconvenience."  This doesn't work on the app either.  Same issue.

How does this get fixed?


Transfer Purchased Movies to New Fios Account

I have two Fios accounts, each with its own online ID.  I am closing one account--but I have purchased a number of Fios movies on that account that I don't want to lose.  My understanding is that if I keep the online ID for the account, I will still have access to those movies online.  However, ideally I would like to move those movies into my remaining Fios account/online ID so that I don't have to deal with two separate online IDs.  Anyone know if there is a way to do this?

We have upgraded to DVR Enhance and since we have experienced annoying pixellation and drop sound on two of the four TV's, especially during live programming. CH 577 is the worst. Any thoughts?

Fios One TV & Alexa... turn on/off TV?

I get this is borderline Fios/Vizio issues... but I recently upgraded to the new Fios TV One boxes, everything is working fine, including using Alexa to change channels, etc.  I've read that some folks have been able to turn on and off their TV, but I haven't been able to.  I have a 5 year old Vizio smart TV, that has CEC enabled on the TV and TV Input is enabled in the Fios settings.  The power button on the remote works, AND I can actually turn on/off the TV using my Google Assistant and Chromecast. 

 

When I ask Alexa to turn on/off the TV... she says something like "that feature/function is not available on your tv-0195 (name of TV)."
