FIOS Mobile App Series Scheduling Error

I am trying to use the FIOS Mobile App for Android from either my Samsung Galaxy S4 or a Kindle Fire HDX, both of which are connected to my FIOS-supplied wireless router. The app installed fine on both devices and I was able to log in and see my set-top boxes status. When I try to schedule a series to record on my DVR, however, I continually receive the message, "We apologize, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. Error Code: 2."  

 

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app as well as rebooting my router.
