In our home, we are upgrading from our HD box to the new Quantum DVR. Yesterday, I disconnected our HD box and set up the new DVR. Upon setting up the new box, we lost FXX. We had PrimeHD and did not change that. When I ask customer service over the phone why we lost FXX, I get murky answers that lead me to having to upgrade to an extreme package, even though we had it in our previous package. Any idea why FXX would disappear?
