Can someone help me switch which DVR box my One box is linked to? I have two DVR boxes in my house. One upstairs, one downstairs. There are two TVs downstairs. But the one downstairs TV is linked to the upstairs box (when I record shows it records to the DVR upstairs). That downstaies tv is pixelating and freezing. I want to switch it to the DVR box not 15 feet away. But can’t figure out how. Help! (Nothing to do with watching recorded shows on a different boxes. I just want my WiFi box to work and stop freezing)

Stream TV isn't a DVR, right?
I'm looking for ways to save money on my monthly bill.
There's an upgrade fee to upgrade to the TV One, right?
I just happened to stumble upon Stream TV. It's an AppleTV, Roku, Nvidia Shield competitor! The Stream TV isn't a DVR, right? I suppose that there's no way it can become a DVR with additional hardware hooked up to it, right?

QAM 114
Since March 3, all channels on QAM 114 have been intermittently pixellating or freezing, making those channels unreliable or unusable. STB's reset, cables checked, ONT rebooted, nothing worked.
Since 5/8/20, these channels have been completely unusable.
Does anyone know if this is a known issue, or why only one particular QAM is having problems when all the other channels are fine?

On Demand ESPN content "The Last Dance" streams in SD (squished letterbox)
When I attempt to play any of the episodes of this NEW popular series which streams all over the world on Netflix, FIOS chooses to broadcast it in SD.
I spent almost an hour on the phone with a very nice lady who, despite trying to see if it was something to do with my TV (of course it isnt), finally said that the person in NYC who she contacted said "that's the way they are broadcast".
Can someone please explain that. What if Netflix said "oh...we don't broadcast HD on this movie..."
Come on FIOS... I don't want to ditch cable but....It plays as a stretched, distorted letterbox picture.
Only the current/featured episode (which happens to be episode 5...all 6 are available), plays at full screen resolution.

Error Code vod_309
hi.
Every time I attempt to either rent or buy a movie on demand, i receive the vod_309 code. No matter what payment option i choose... my Verizon account, my credit/ debit card or even directly with my checking account. But yet I can rent PPV with no problems....
Anyone have any answers?? I've seen the question everywhere here but no actual answers...

STB keeps on FREEZING
Hi
I have tried EVERYTHING, including Verizon sending me new main box and mini STB. I replaced both but after a couple of days the mini STB started freezing again, The ONLY thing that helps is restarting the whole system but I can't do that every day and if I do, I think I am over paying... we pay what we pay for at least a decent service.
I called verizon several times, the techs helped, yes... but at the end their only solution is for me to may extra money for a new router? I mean, it is not the router and it is not the wifi signal, if that was the case, I wouldn't be able to watch netflix on the TV that has the STB, right?
This is beyond frustrating. It has been months.

Getting 1301 Activating a New 4100
I am getting 1301 activating a new 4100 my old one is failing (beeping) the old one worked guide and all. I do jot have any Verizon equipment I plug the Ethernet into Nest wifi and a switch port into a Motorola moca adaptor to feed internet back to the STB’s which works except the activation appears to be seeking an actiontec router I do not have or run... is there a way around this during activation?

Have an Issue with Pixelating
Have an issue with pixelating on 604-Yahoo! 605-Bloomberg and occasionally 656- QVC3. I don't watch 656 often but sometimes it drops all together and I get a help screen - doesn't help.
On Yahoo! & Bloomberg it's pretty much all day and unwatchable. Been about 3 weeks.
Rebooted multiple times, checked connections. 3 TVs, same issue on all 3.
It may happen on other channels that I don't watch...
Forgot 614 Cheddar does the same as as Yahoo!@ & Bloomberg.

On Demand - Major Pixelation with multiple episodes
what is going on with the pixelations and buzzing sound. Please fix this. Happened on multiple episodes of American Idol. Also, can you please default the episodes in recorded series to put most recent at the bottom, not top. It keeps defaulting back to that after i select oldest first. i always have to scroll to bottom to watch the series in order.

I have an Actiontec router. I'm thinking about upgrading to either the TV One or the Stream TV.
I called & asked if my Actiontec router is compatible with the TV One. The person that I talked to told me that the Actiontec isn't compatible with the TV One. I suppose that the Actiontec isn't compatible with the Stream TV either, is it?
I can't remember the reason why the Actiontec isn't compatible with the TV One. Why isn't it?

Moving a TV/set-top box to a room with a single coax outlet.
I need to move a TV/set-top box into a room that currently has one coax outlet connected to our router for internet. Can I split that coax and have it provide both internet and TV programming? Thank you.
