My DVR quit on me and I recorded quite a bit of shows. My DVR display 8888 on the box.... Per " Verizon rep "... I can't retrieved my shows and transfer over to the new DVR. Has anybody had this problem. ugh... This really **bleep** me off.
No help from Verizon rep !!
