This is my second STB which has done this. I'm using all Verizon approved cables and the brand new provided power cable. If I reset the STB and leave it at the menu for example, the screen after a while will go dark and then flash green. Seems to happen when the TV is either off or on a different HDMI input. When I return to the STB, I get the black green flash screen. And yes, I have done the STB reset several times.
