Problem with hbo go

I am out of town and tried to use Hbo go,I pay for hbo so I am a subscriber.I even used it this time last year while away.It will not let me sign in and use it saying you have to be a premire subscriber? is there different levels of Hbo now? they have always made it sound on the commercials that if you get hbo you get this service.not happy :(
