Can someone tell me how to get a direct answer from support------Chat reps ignore my question and answer one I did not ask. Spent one hour trying to find out why I got stiffed on a service appointment (NO SHOW)only to be told my service would be restored in 24-48 hrs. MY service wasn't down. Supervisor calls to apologize and setup new appointment,says he'll call me back .Doesn't. Bottom line. NO repair NO appointment NO hope NO service NO respect
