Hi All,
I recently upgraded my service with Verizon and I was to receive a new router in the mail. It has been a good month and I found a confirmation that it was delivered to another address in Pennsylvania (I live in New York). I'm wondering how I can go about solving this issue either with UPS or Verizon. I've called talked to the online specialists and they weren't able to open any sort of ticket for me about the issue and I've been on queue for a good 3 hours tonight.
