Hi, long story short, I had to cancel one verizon account and when I resetup a new account, verizon gave me new equipment. The old equipment I returned to a UPS store in the box that was provided. Unfortunately I lost the tracking number and now verizon is charging me a huge fee for "not returning" the equipment.
The UPS store informed me that Verizon should have information on the shipping label, anyone know of a way to get the label information that was tied to my account?
