Two TV connection

I have one tv connected via hdmi and another via coax. TVA are located one in the living room and the other in the kitchen. The tv by coax does not have a sound when I turn the other off. When I disconnected the hdmi, the other tv worked fine. How do I switch both video outputs on?

We just want to watch tv while I'm the kitchen. Please help.
