Series Recording settings had changed?

I went to your chat box the other day and I was being transferred to a tech person 3x and eventually, my chat box was dropped as nobody was already there.

 

Anyways, that is a service issue that you also need to resolve on top of this concern I have.  I recently noticed that I could no longer do a series recording in my DVR.  Right now, I have to do it manually on a daily basis which is sometimes annoying.  I just got the IPAD app for Verizon Fios, and still i don't see an option of a series recording.  would you kindly give me the step by step process to do this?  Hopefully, you won't forward this message to another tech person and  my message of concern would end up in trash.
