I can't get my new Quantum TV boxes to set up - it gives me Error 1102.
I have gone all the way out side to the ONT and plugged directly into the port VIDEO/MOCA thinking it may have been my splitter. I realized while out there I am not using Coax/MOCA and the light is off.
I came back in and unplugged the coa from my router and low and behold it still had internet connectivity via cat5 out to the ONT.
Even with the coax plugged into the router it says cable disconnected in the admin interface.
I can't find any help on how to fix this problem and I can't get anyone on Verizon phone to help either (in hold on chat for someone in dallas or something... they gave me a phone number and it said I couldn't call this number from this area and when I go thru the Verizon normal number I hit 3 for setup support and says "this number has been disconnected)
