The DVR is not working properly.
I have many programs set as NO DUPLICATES and record first run only, but I am getting duplicates. The same shows are being recorded twice and even on the same day. Please get this corrected. Others have this same problem.
I have the right settings, but it seems to ignore the settings I saved. This seems to happen with ESPN Films and ESPN 30 for 30 a lot. I also have some shows set to only record 4 episodes, but I see more than that recorded. It is like the settings that are saved are not making any difference. This needs to be corrected. This may be due to the descriptions of the same episodes being slightly different. I saw 2 of the same show have different descriptions so maybe the DVR recognizes it as a different episode? There should be a better way here. I dont want duplicates and when I specify first run only, it should only record the first run.
