This is the second writing of this statement. I was bumped off message board after spending 10 minutes writing original. Now I will cut and paste, so I don’t waste MORE time.
OBJECTIVE: to have utility access cover relocated, so that a driveway can be installed.
Started at 5:30 this morning online, making it 2.5 hours now. This is ridiculous.
Tried calling and none of the options apply. Tried stating what I do need and it just sends me to the same options. Try pushing 0 and get the same options. Nothing applies, so you get sent in circles.
Have gone through all the options I can find on the website. Typing question in all of the search areas…nothing.
There is no reason that there isn’t a place for these questions on the website, or by phone. I hope to receive a response shortly, or I will find the government agency who regulates the cable/phone services.
