I noticed quite a while ago that there seemed to be a newer smaller incoming cable from the phone pole but didn't think anything about it. I was doing some work on the side of my house today and noticed that the older fatter Fios cable wasn't even hooked up anymore, just the smaller flat cable. Why did they install the new one and not take out the ugly fatter cable? When they installed it they used a new mounting and put a gaping hole in my vinyl siding that leaks water under the vinyl when it rains, they should have used the old hook that was already in place.
