It's time for Verizon to improve their technology to allow it's customers to watch their DVR'd programs on their mobile devices like Comcast and Dish (and maybe DirecTV) do. I'm generally satisfied with Verizon's services, but it they don't have this capability by the time my contract is up, I'll definitely be switching to a service that allows me to watch my DVR'd programs online and on my mobile device.
Also, Comcast now offers the ability to download DVR programs to mobile devices/tablets so that you can watch your DVR'd programs even when you don't have wifi connection. This would make my flights much more enjoyable!
