I can't access VOD for Showtime or TMC - says i need to be a subscriber--which I have been since installing FIOS four years ago. This problem has persisted for 1-2 yrs...last time i tried to solve it I wasted 4 hrs on phone calls and 4 hrs for service appt. More recently, when I go thru the motions of calling up a show and then try to "re-subscribe" onscreen I now get a big orange screen saying my order for this subscription was already received and my access will be permitted "shortly" when the order finishes processing. Access to VOD for HBO, MAX, STARZ, etc all work fine. This is very frustrating as it clearly isnt an issue with FIOS equipment in my home but rather in FIOS systems, account configuration, etc. Incidentally I can order up Showtime VOD thru fios on my PC or iPad. Can any tell me how to fix this and/or what part of FIOS "Support" I need to speak to. Thank you!
