I tried on windows laptop, macbook, android and iphone. My username and password are valid-- I can log into the Verizon TV site wirh these credentials and I get these channels with my TV package. So, two different content providers with exactly the same access issue and 4 different access methods (native apps on 2 mobile devices, also 2 different browsers on windows and os x). The common problem seems to be Verizon. Sounds like the Verizon server is broken / too busy???
