Have been unable to use my tv for a week because the box is unable to detect a network connection. Tech support is a waste of time because nobody picks up the effing phone on the number some idiot provided with a PIN number. These guys must be sitting in some Indian call center watching porn and having chai all day. I have checked all the cables but nothing seems out of place. Getting sick and tired of lack of response from this crappy company. Any suggestions other than switching back to Optimum????
