FIOS TV Audio Sound Issue

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE somebody help me!!! I have asked Verizon field techs to take this video & share it with their technical community but they refuse to for some reason?!

I have this weird audio only sound. Nothing happens to to the picture at all. Best way to describe it is a crackling sound like when audio is too loud or like underwater. See video here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaA-2HMVilQ
It has been going on for months!!! Here is what I have done to troubleshoot it. I am CONVINCED it is a FIOS data issue. I have spent months & money trying to resolve. The aggravation is a whole other story!!!

  1. New TV (Phillips Smart TV), new blue ray (Sony), new sound bar (Sony).
  2. Issue happens during live TV only & DVR'd shows. Not web based programs. You pause the TV, wait 1-3 minutes & it is fixed. No specific channel. Can happen 10x day or not happen for a day. It is like when you pause it the data catches up and resolves itself.
  3. Replaced EVERYTHING (literally brought each item back to store as damaged to replace with new) so it is not hardware. I even replaced HDMI cables + got a new DVR from Verizion Fios. I unplugged each item separately for days to monitor & it still happened. I.E. unplugged soundbar, then blue ray, etc. Tried switching HDMI ports. Had Verizon troubleshoot remotely, nothing fixed the issue. Then they sent a field tech about 3 months ago who heard the sound, did tests, replaced a cable, STILL happening! Then another tech came today to replace the HUB because that is all that has remained. Still happening!!!! As you see I have done INSANE due diligence & troubleshooting.
Since Verizon has been useless so far  I am hoping to resolve online via a forum. I spend a TON of money with Verizon and I am about to dump them over these {please keep your posts courteous} attempts to fix.
