One day my standard definition tv with box(I use the cable wire straight from box into the tv) completely stopped working. I would reset the box and get the message "Poor or no signal Ob00".
I spoke to verizon which suggested replacing the cable box. I also replaced some of the coax cables from the main splitter into the box and from the box into the tv. Now I get TV but no data(guide, DVR, On Demand) and when I try and do the setup process to setup the new box. I get "cannot connect".
TV and internet work fine on the other two boxes in the house. Any ideas?
