I just got a new STB after my 6416 went out. I immediately noticed the loud fan noise, it's actually louder than the volume I watch TV at, so this isn't going to work out at all. I know it's a known issue, but is there anything I can do about it? Any fixes for it? Will Verizon send me a different box? Because I'll switch to a new provider before I just accept this irritatingly noisy box.
