Verizon

I just spoke to a verizon robot for 20 minutes and I'm unable to talk to a human being either on the phone or the live chat sessions. "She" told me my service is down which it's not. The soonest she could fix my service is wednesday which is not needed because my service is not down. The fields in the sign in box for live chat won't accept my entries. Since switching to verizon my blueray is no longer working. Please help!
