I'm hoping someone can answer my question - I manage an apartment building. There is a TV with FiOS in the Community room for the residents to watch. Management has the remote but residents bring their own remotes into the Community room and change the channel to what they want. Is there a way of "locking" or restricting their remotes so only the management one can operate the TV?
